At BRAHMIN, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Handbag

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all registration cards and protective dust bags are included to maintain the item's integrity.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location. You will receive an email confirmation once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund.
